I purchased a Gabriel Pave’ Diamond Fan Necklace from Jacqueline’s Fine Jewelry last evening during their Facebook live sale. It was beautiful on camera but even more so in person. This is not our first purchase with this store. My husband recently purchased a beautiful set of rings to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Harri worked with my husband to pick out a loose diamond and had it set in a stunning Gabriel ring with matching bands. I could not be happier with the choices made for me. From the moment they opened their doors in Morgantown and we visited their store, my husband and I felt like family. The selection and quality of their jewelry as well as the personal attention they give to their customers is rare in today’s climate. I had a ring designed and made from diamonds of my mothers rings. It turned out beautiful. Everyone was very helpful, very pleasant and were very interested in my story about the ring I waned made.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with your staff! They were beyond wonderful. I went in to have 2 watch bands sized and they were polite and professional. I browsed your amazing collection of jewelry and watches which is absolutely stunning and impressive! Harri helped me and walked me through all the pieces and brands. After talking for a while I told her I always wanted a big girl watch...and she was able to find a big girl watch just for me! I can’t tell you how sweet and patient she is. You are very lucky to have such great staff! I will be back. We all know that in today’s world customer service is very important and at times it seems you can’t find that true dedicated passion. I took my ring in for a resize, which they said would take a little more than a week. Six days later, I found out I was having a surprise engagement party, so I went in hoping there was a chance it was done. It wasn't, but they called their other location and finished it up, then drove it all the way to Morgantown so that I could have my ring for the party. I really appreciated the care, and the ring fits perfectly!
